1. License Grant

Subject to your active Studio subscription and compliance with our Terms of Service, GarudX.AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use stickers downloaded from StickLab and AI-generated outputs you create through the Service for commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Commercial Uses

You may use licensed content for:

  • Marketing and advertising materials (online and print)
  • Social media posts and digital campaigns
  • Client work and freelance deliverables
  • Merchandise, products, and packaging (subject to restrictions in Section 4)
  • Presentations, websites, and apps
  • Internal business communications

3. Attribution

Attribution to GarudX.AI or StickLab is not required for commercial use under this license, unless otherwise specified in a specific content agreement.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw sticker files as stock art, clip art, or template packs.
  • Register trademarks or service marks based on licensed content.
  • Use content in a way that implies endorsement by GarudX.AI without written permission.
  • Use content for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
  • Sublicense or transfer this license to third parties.
  • Use Pro-plan downloads for commercial purposes — commercial use requires an active Studio subscription.

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective while your Studio subscription is active. If you cancel or downgrade, you must cease new commercial use of content obtained through the Service.

Content you created or downloaded while your Studio subscription was active may continue to be used in existing published materials, but you may not create new commercial projects using Service content after your Studio subscription ends unless you resubscribe.

6. Ownership

GarudX.AI retains all ownership of the platform, curated library, and underlying intellectual property. This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

7. No Warranty

Licensed content is provided "as is." You are responsible for ensuring your commercial use complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights. AI-generated outputs may not be unique.
